Founder, Education Options | Creator of the Sophyra Education Ecosystem
Natalia Ambridge is a whole-school transformation leader, executive coach, and international education strategist with more than twenty years of school leadership experience across both UK and international contexts, grounded in rigorous UK education practice.
She served in senior leadership roles including Deputy Head and later Head of Primary and Whole-School Principal, leading curriculum redesign, whole-school assessment development, and sustainable organisational change across diverse international school environments. Her work includes whole-school assessment design, curriculum and policy review, and leadership capacity-building through strategic recruitment and professional development.
Internationally, Natalia conceived and led the implementation of an integrated STEAM school model, strengthening leadership teams and building institutional capacity through strategic programme development. She has delivered rapid school improvement in the UK, supported pastoral and organisational redesign in the Gulf region, and advised schools across a range of international contexts.
Before entering education, Natalia spent ten years in international publishing as English Editor for Horus (EgyptAir), Ahlan Wasahlan (Saudi Airlines), and Arab Aviation Review. In these roles she commissioned editorial content and managed publication strategy for global audiences across the Middle East and international aviation sector.
Natalia is the founder of Education Options, a strategic consultancy supporting school boards and leadership teams with school redesign, executive coaching, accreditation preparation, and STEM/STEAM strategy.
She is also the creator of the Sophyra education ecosystem, an integrated set of digital and educational services designed to support students from secondary school through the transition to university. The ecosystem includes Sophyra Uni Adviser, a digital university planning platform, and Sophyra Tutors, a global tutoring brand delivered through licensed partners.
Through her work, Natalia brings together institutional advisory and student-facing platforms, creating a connected ecosystem that links school improvement, university planning, and academic support for globally mobile students.
