Education Options is an educational consultancy specialising in school improvement, leadership development and advice for families. It is part of Sophyra Limited, an education group whose work spans schools and institutions, specialist tuition and university planning.
Our team includes current and former Heads of School and evaluators, alongside specialists in teaching, inclusion and coaching. We work with schools on teaching and learning, curriculum, governance and pastoral care, including preparation for inspection and accreditation. We also help families with school choices and educational transitions.

Natalia Ambridge has held senior leadership positions across British international and UK independent schools in four countries: the United Kingdom, Azerbaijan, Oman, and Türkiye. Her career has progressed through every tier of school leadership, from Deputy Head through Head of Prep to whole-school Principal.
Her work has covered whole-school transformation, integrated STEAM model design, rapid school improvement in the UK, and pastoral and organisational redesign in the Gulf region.
She retrained as a teacher after a decade in international publishing, where she was Editor of three magazines at Peninsula Publishing: Horus and Ahlan Wasahlan, the in-flight magazines of EgyptAir and Saudi Arabian Airlines, and Arab Aviation Review.
She has mentored teachers into senior leadership and headship positions. She also coaches current Heads, drawing on her own time in the role.
Natalia is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

His work covers school strategy, student achievement, engagement and wellbeing. He has led whole-school initiatives combining strategic planning, stakeholder management and performance monitoring, with a focus on academic standards, inclusion and pastoral care.

His teaching background is in Biology across KS3, KS4 and IGCSE, including experience as Head of Biology.

Inclusive Education & UDL Consultant
Bartola specialises in inclusive education and Universal Design for Learning. She has established and led student support departments and works with schools to develop support systems and inclusive classroom practice. Her curriculum experience includes the IB Primary Years and Middle Years Programmes, Cambridge International and IGCSE. She holds two master's degrees, is undertaking doctoral research in Business Management and is based in Türkiye.

He is TEFL qualified and an Executive Coach, trained with the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC). Founder and Director of Sophyra Tutors, the group's one-to-one tuition practice, he works alongside Natalia Ambridge on mentoring and coaching engagements.
