A senior, independent assessment of the institution and its offer. For a university, this profiles the English-taught degrees: academic and accreditation profile, English-medium quality, target-market fit, and a recommended solution. It stands alone and defines the work that follows.
From €8,000 · Scoped
The build. Recruitment and market-entry strategy, programme positioning, partnership design, and brand and messaging for the priority markets. Scoped from the brief and priced on a senior day rate as a fixed project fee, from €8,000 depending on scope.
On request · Annual
Ongoing delivery of the solution: active promotion in agreed markets, content, events, and a named point of contact. Priced by intensity and the number of target markets. An optional, disclosed outcome element can be added where the institution prefers performance-linked pricing.
Independence
The practice is engaged to carry out the assessment, diagnosis, and analysis. Institutional consultancy and parent advisory are kept on their own routes, so a family on our parent advisory route can trust our reading of a school or university even where that institution is also a consultancy client. Any overlap is disclosed in writing.
On confidentiality
Institutional work touches on commercial strategy, recruitment data, and decisions that are not yet public. A mutual non-disclosure agreement is signed before any document is produced. Where an institution prefers that the engagement itself remain confidential, that arrangement is accommodated as standard.
