We help with school choices, applications and educational transitions, working directly with the family or through their adviser. A mutual NDA is signed before the engagement begins.

Our team includes current and former Heads of School and evaluators. We can prepare a written school brief, support the placement process or provide ongoing advice as a child's education progresses.
How the desk works
Confidential from the first conversation
Initial discussions are confidential. Before the engagement begins, we agree a mutual NDA and how information will be shared with the family and their advisers.
Independent of the schools
We receive no school or university placement commissions. Schools cannot pay to be included in our recommendations.
Working with the family's advisers
We agree the education work, the people involved and how to report on progress. We can communicate with the family directly or through you, according to their preference.
Education support across the group
Education Options is part of Sophyra Limited. Alongside school advice, the group provides tuition and an online university planning platform. Families can use the services relevant to their needs.
Online tuition
One-to-one online tuition through Sophyra Tutors, with shared safeguarding leadership and Level 3 DSL oversight.
University planning
Advice on the university admissions cycle, with Sophyra Next available for students who want to explore subject choices, courses and universities in their own account.
Every family engagement is preceded by a mutual NDA
This work touches on family circumstances, financial considerations, and children's academic and pastoral profiles. A mutual non-disclosure agreement is signed before any document is produced or any introduction is made.

Natalia Ambridge
Natalia is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sophyra Limited and a former Head of School. She boarded from the age of seven and changed school for sixth form. After a career in commercial publishing, she retrained as a teacher and has taught every stage, from Early Years Montessori to the final years of school. In London she was Head of an all-through specialist SEND school, for primary and secondary pupils, and Head of a preparatory school. She was then Principal of all-through primary and secondary schools in Azerbaijan and Oman, and a Director in Türkiye. Since founding Education Options, she has advised schools in the UK, Poland and Türkiye.
Our team can facilitate conversations with families in English, Arabic, Azerbaijani, Turkish, Spanish, Norwegian, Swedish and Polish.
