A written brief covering your child's academic profile, wellbeing and pastoral needs, application strategy and assessment fit. It is produced within ten working days, allowing time for assessment and contact with schools.
Scoped at consultation · Up to 12 months
Support throughout the school placement process, including the School Approach Brief, application planning, interview preparation for the child and family, and introductions to admissions teams where appropriate. The engagement covers up to two children and runs for up to twelve months from instruction.

Ongoing advice on school choices, applications and transitions, including moves from primary to secondary school and into sixth form. Suitable for families seeking support over a longer period or for several children. The arrangement is renewable annually.

A standardised academic assessment through Cambridge Insight, formerly CEM, benchmarking the child against national data to inform shortlisting and applications. Available within any engagement or on its own.
A self-service alternative
Sophyra Next is our online platform for students aged 16 and over exploring subject choices, courses and universities. Students can compare options and organise budgeting and application planning in their own account.

Parent advisory work touches on family circumstances, financial considerations, and children's academic and pastoral profiles. A mutual non-disclosure agreement is signed before any document is produced or any introduction is made.
For professional advisers
Our Private Family Desk provides education advice alongside the work of family offices, private-client lawyers, relocation specialists and other professional advisers. We can work directly with the family or through an adviser, as agreed.
We receive no commission from schools or universities, and schools cannot pay to be included in our recommendations.
