These terms govern your use of this website and any engagement you commission with Education Options. By using the site or contracting any service, you agree to these terms.

About us

Education Options is currently operated by Education Options sp. z o.o., a private limited company registered in Poland. Once Sophyra Limited (Ireland) is incorporated, the operating entity will become Sophyra Limited trading as Education Options, and these terms will be updated.

Consultations and engagements

The complimentary thirty-minute consultation is offered at no charge and creates no obligation on either side. The conversation is itself confidential.

If you commission a paid engagement (a School Approach Brief, a Full Placement Mandate, a Retained Advisory, a coaching retainer, or a school advisory project) the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fee are agreed in writing before work begins. Every paid engagement is preceded by a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Where you require it, the NDA covers the existence of the engagement itself.

Digital resources

Digital resources purchased through this site (such as the AI Policy Pack) are licensed for use by the buying school or family only. They may not be redistributed, resold, or shared with parties outside the buying organisation. Each PDF is watermarked with the buyer's email at delivery.

Refunds for digital resources are available within seven days of purchase, provided the resource has not been substantially consumed. After seven days, refunds are at our discretion.

Limitations

The advice and recommendations provided by Education Options are based on the professional judgement of the named consultants and the information you share with us. They are not guarantees of any specific outcome (admission to a particular school or university, an inspection grade, an examination result). Decisions remain yours and those of the institutions involved.

Our liability under any engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement. We do not exclude liability where the law does not permit exclusion.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including written copy, frameworks, diagrams, and the Education Options trademark and globe device, is the intellectual property of the operating entity. You may read and share links freely; you may not republish substantive copy or download materials beyond what is intended for reading on the website.

Governing law

These terms are currently governed by Polish law, as Education Options sp. z o.o. is the operating entity. Once Sophyra Limited (Ireland) becomes the operating entity, these terms will be updated to be governed by Irish law and the courts of Ireland.
